02.05.2012 Ushuaia

Since I am still unable to post pictures to this blog I am posting them to my Facebook page. I will friend you if I haven't already. Today's hike was a trek to the Glacier. Long (long) up hill trek but it was a breath taking view from up there, so worth the agony :)

Well here I am in beautiful downtown Ushuaia. For some reason that I can't figure out I can't upload a picture, I hope to figure it out. If I can't then it's Facebook for pictures. The trip was crazy, not one part of it was without it's moments. My big score was getting two seats on the long overnight flight to myself. Guess someone didn't show up so I nabbed them quick. Slept the whole way in a ball, it beats sleeping upright. The next part, leaving for Ushuaia was a treat. The air traffic controllers were on strike and we didn't get out until a hour and a half from scheduled time, then we had to make a stop for "technical" reasons. Which turned out to be for gas. But I'm here an this is a beautiful little city. The hostel is nice and I splurge and got a private room, nice. I am in need of a shower and some food, so until later...
